Happiness, virtually every body seeks it, Yet only a few finds it. it is not only a state of peace in the heart. But also means being contented with your self and what ever you have. When we are happy we tends to look at the world as a very wonderful place, a place to have fun and enjoy all the goodies that comes with it. But when we are depressed the world seems to us like a wrestling ground where the order of the day is the "survival of the fittest"
Happiness means being free from worries, anger sadness and any other unpleasant attitude. Happiness is like a treasure which everyone wants, some lack it because they feel they could not afford it. But the truth is that even the most wretched person on earth can!! Because its not about the money, the wealth, or a good relationship we have or do not have , that makes us happy or unhappy. It's our mental subjection or constant thought towards them that does!

Both happiness and sadness depends greatly on our state of minds, our perspectives and our choices towards the issues of life. Constant worrying is like a stone in the heart ,it keeps weighing you down. It is advisable to avoid as much as possible any environment, person, any environment, person,/persons or any situation or thought that breeds depression to you.
When we soak our selves in a pool of water, it's obvious we get wet. When we play at the beach we get Sandy. The same goes with our thoughts when we recite over and over again the sad memories we have had in life. We would unavoidably be overwhelmed with depression, sadness and anger. We humans works like electric devices, we should be very conscious of the situations that charges us and those that discharges us.
The antidote for depression is positive attitude, it makes you it makes you concentrate on the quality of the wheat instead of the snares, it makes you see your cup as "half full" instead of "half empty "
It makes you count your blessings instead of the disappointments
Life is not a bed of roses and was never even meant to be. So the earlier we learn to channel our emotions to the right directions the better. Everyone experiences challenges, wise people turn theirs into opportunities and learn from it while unwise people turns their own into a pitiable situation. Learn to train your mind to fish out even an atom of good in every bad situation.
